You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.

We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received and inspected, or until you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

5. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, allowing only such handling as is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In particular, goods must:

  • not have been used outdoors,
  • not show signs of wear, dirt, odour, moisture, or damage,
  • be returned with original packaging and all included components.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.

6. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce refunds where:

  • goods have been used for hiking, camping, or outdoor activity,
  • goods have been damaged, altered, or improperly stored,
  • goods are returned incomplete or without original packaging,
  • the return request is made outside the statutory period.

These exclusions do not apply where goods are faulty, defective, or not as described.

7. FAULTY, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT GOODS

If the goods received are faulty, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Upon notification, we may request reasonable evidence, including photographs or videos, to assess the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

8. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or error on our part, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Returned goods must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

9. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned goods and may take 5–10 business days, depending on inspection timeframes and third-party payment provider processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment service providers.

10. PARTIAL REFUNDS

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds where returned goods show signs of handling beyond reasonable inspection, are returned without original packaging, or have suffered a reduction in value attributable to the customer.

11. ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMS OR DELIVERY ISSUES

Where goods are returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, refusal of delivery, or import restrictions, refunds may be limited to the product cost only. Delivery charges and additional costs incurred may not be refundable, except where required by law.
